Titans Cup (14+U) Tournament, Jan 30-Feb 1, 2009

We will be hosting the annual Titans Cup (14+U) tournament the weekend of January 30-February 1, 2009, at the Nepean Sportsplex. All of our Academy players will participate in this event, as well as a number of our ILWP players. We require a volunteer Tournament Chair to handle the logistics and planning of this event. We have templates and samples from previous events. This person would work closely with the Titans General Manager. Titans Invitational (16+U AAA and 18+U AA) Tournament, Feb 6-8/ 09

We will also be hosting the annual Titans Invitational the weekend of February 6-8, 2009, also at Nepean Sportsplex Pool. We will have men's and women's categories for 16+U AAA and 18+U AA. All of the Titans athletes in these categories will participate in this local event, and we will be inviting specific clubs that can challenge the skills and enhance the development of our Titans athletes. There are a limited number of entries available for this event (four per category). We require a volunteer Tournament Chair to handle the logistics and planning of this event. We have templates and samples from previous events. This person would work closely with the Titans General Manager. Performance Polo Enhanced Training Program

Space is still available if you would like to register in the Performance Polo Enhanced Training Program.  Details below:

 

What? Further development of fundamental water polo skills. Supplementary training opportunity to work on individual skills.

For Whom? Academy, AA and AAA athletes (open to those players NOT registered in girls or boys NDC)

Cost? Cost is $205 per athlete ($110 for goalies), for 17 sessions.

Coach? Head Coach of the program will be Celso Rojas. There will be various assistant coaches.

When? Fridays 8:15-9:45pm, Nepean Sportsplex Pool, starting October 3.

 

There will be 10 sessions before Christmas (they do not conflict with scheduled tournaments), and these are now posted on the website.  There will be 7 sessions scheduled after Christmas. These dates will be identified once the team tournament schedules are in place, so that we can ensure that there are not conflicts.
